Registration Guidelines

To register APSS 2027, you have to create an account on the PolyU Event Management platform and complete the registration form. Full registration is achieved when payment has been received. 

• All participants (including sponsors) need to register to get a QR code to enter the conference venue and the PolyU campus. 

• Each full registration allows the presentation of a maximum of two papers (including posters). If you register after 10 May 2027, then your presentation will

       NOT be included in the schedule of the program.

• An extra dinner banquet can be purchased for the accompanying person.

• The registration payment accepts credit card (visa only), WeChat Pay, and Alipay.

• The email of payment confirmation serves as the official receipt.

• All registration fees in the system are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Discounted Registration Requirements: 

• Full-time students are eligible for a US$ 100 discount. A valid student ID or an official letter from your university confirming your student status at the time of registration and for the duration of the conference, which must be uploaded during the registration process. 

• Members of IAFSS, HKIE, and IADREM are eligible for a US$ 50 discount with valid membership proof uploaded to the registration system.

CPD Certificate

Up to 15 hours (5 half-day) of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificates will be provided to symposium attendees.

• All cut-off dates are based on the Pacific Time (GMT-8).

• Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to WildEvents by email apss.hk@polyu.edu.hk 

• For any cancellation received before 30 March 2027, refund of fee minus an administrative fee of US$ 100

• For any cancellation received after 30 March 2027, no refund
